Terms of service

Postacio takes one post you compose, publishes it to the social accounts you have connected - currently X, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn - either immediately or at a time you schedule, and then keeps asking each platform how that post is doing so you have a rolling metric history within your plan’s window. It is operated by Denis Dumitras, an individual trading as Postacio.

You need an account to use Postacio, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at privacy@postacio.com if you believe someone else has got in.

What you publish stays yours. You give Postacio only the permission it needs to do what you asked - store your post and media, send them to the platforms you selected, and read back the resulting metrics.

You are responsible for the content you publish through Postacio: that you have the right to publish it, and that it is legal where you are. You are equally responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you connect - X, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn each have their own rules, and publishing through Postacio does not exempt you from any of them. A platform can reject, remove or limit your content, or suspend your account there, entirely on its own terms. Postacio cannot appeal that for you.

Do not use Postacio to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate someone, to spam a platform, or to work around a platform’s limits or a suspension.

Postacio is in beta. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime promise. Features can change or disappear, a platform can change its API without notice, and a publish or a metrics refresh can fail. Treat Postacio as a helper, not as the only copy of anything that matters to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Postacio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost reach, revenue or opportunity, or for anything a connected platform does to your account or your content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Postacio offers a Free plan and two paid plans. Free includes 1 social group, 10 published posts a month and 30 days of analytics history. Creator costs $15 a month or $99 a year; Business costs $20 per social group a month, or $216per social group a year. Every plan’s limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans can start with a 14-day free trial, once per account, without a card; if you do not subscribe, the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends. The current price, billing interval and any taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout before you agree to pay. Stripe processes the payment; Postacio does not receive your full card number. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and the account then returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: anything over the Free limits is paused until you upgrade. The first charge of a subscription can be refunded on request within 14 days; renewals and partial periods are not refunded.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, in a couple of clicks and without asking anyone; the data-deletion page describes exactly what that removes. We can also end an account - for example if it is being used to break these terms or a platform’s - and other than in a serious case we will tell you first and give you the chance to export your data.

Deleting your Postacio account does not delete posts already published on a platform. Those live on there under that platform’s rules, as the privacy policy explains.

These terms can change as the product does. The date at the top moves when they do, and a material change is announced in the app rather than made quietly. Continuing to use Postacio after a change means you accept it; if you do not, delete your account.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established, and any dispute goes to the courts of that place. The specific jurisdiction is confirmed at launch and named here. Any consumer-protection right you have where you live is unaffected by this.
