Deleting your Postacio account

How to delete your account

1. 1.Log in to Postacio and open Settings.
2. 2.Scroll to the Delete account danger zone at the bottom of the page.
3. 3.Type delete my account to confirm, then choose Delete my account. That is it - your account and its data are removed right away.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account permanently removes everything tied to it:

• -Your connected social accounts, and the stored access tokens for them (which we also ask each platform to revoke).
• -Every post you composed, scheduled, or published through Postacio, and its per-platform records.
• -All of your analytics history - the post and account snapshots we kept over time.
• -Any media you uploaded, and your Postacio login itself.

Content you already published to a social platform lives on that platform under its own rules - delete it there as well if you want it gone. Postacio only removes what it holds.

Prefer to export first?

Before deleting, you can download a full copy of your data as a single JSON file from the same Settings page. Deletion does not require an export, and an export is not kept after your account is gone.
